Yes, I can indeed count so many times where I have seen this exact scenario play out. I will stumble upon a young go getter business person who is really excited about wanting to make free money with his new found internet based home business. This person is going full force and all out !! He is telling all his friends, family and whoever will listen about his internet business !!

He even gets his personal cohorts interested in what he has found. And actually gets a few of them to join him in his pursuit of this internet based home business. And earns his first commissions for doing this. He has never before been so excited to make free money on the Net !!

Well, several weeks go by and things start to slow down a bit. He has not recruited anyone else and the excitement of the new business has just waned a little !!

He tries to get help from seasoned veterans of Internet Marketing. They give him so insight and tools to help him succeed in making free cash online with his new business. But things are not going as fast as he would like. And the novelty of the business has really cooled off. Monotony starts to set in with our young entrepreneur. He is just too frustrated with everything !!

I can say that I myself have done this exact thing. And quite frankly this is the NUMBER 1 reason why most people fail at Internet Marketing. And that is they cannot get past the fact that the novelty of a new business will eventually wear off and the excitement will die down !!
What separates those that will fail and those that will succeed is what they do after this happens.

What it comes down to is that with any business you will have your up and downs. This is just a fact. There will be times when you wake up and feel like you can conquer the World with your new business. The there will be other times when you dont even want to think about your business.
Thats when you have to have discipline and remember to do the small, tedious things day in and day out, whether you feel like it or not. Doing the things other people don't want to do will separate the Losers from the Winners.

Whether its paid surveys or affiliate marketing, realize that to have great success you have to have the mindset of a dedicated farmer. You continue to sow the seeds in the ground regardless if you cannot see the harvest come in yet. You do this over and over again and down the road one day you will wake up and see the incredible Garden that has sprouted in front of your eyes !! Just because you did the little things day after day after day !! :)
